Placing Orders
Orders should be placed with us at least 6 weeks prior to the date required. We do recommend you order as early as possible. We may be able to fill orders within a shorter time period, but please contact us to discuss availability.
Colour matching
Ribbon is available in a variety of colours. Please discuss with your creator and we will best match your theme.
Payment Methods
- A 50% deposit with approximate numbers is required to secure your order, with the balance due 14 days before delivery (100% deposit for orders under $250). Final numbers will need to be confirmed 14 days prior to delivery. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
- We accept the following methods of payment:
Cheque made out to Elizabeth Young, cash or direct deposit. - Direct Deposits into the following account
Elizabeth Young | BSB 012263 | Account Number 582791147 - We will send you an Order Confirmation and receipt via mail within 7 days of you placing your order with us.
Delivery
- All Bombonieres are personally delivered at a cost of $60 to areas within the Sydney Metropolitan Area; for areas outside the Sydney Metro area please contact us to discuss.
- We also deliver to Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. Pick-up from Castle Hill can be arranged at no cost.
- Final delivery arrangements will be confirmed by telephone approximately 7 days before your special date.
